Jositos Catering was established in 2008 by idea of Jose Luis Ruiz Comino.
He was born in 1974 in Madrid. Jose Luis Ruiz Comino has a prominent career, which includes work in the most prestigious Spanish hotels. Adherents to his master cooking are royalty, presidents, prime ministers, high life, singers, actors, businessmen and ordinary culinary fans. When he was 26, he opened his own restaurant “Los Girasoles” in Madrid, and before that he was the Chef of the prestigious 5-star hotel Villarreal located in the heart of Madrid. Among the fans of his art are the Spanish King Juan Carlos and his family, the Prince of Monaco Rainier, Jose Carreras, football stars from Real, as well as Jose Gutierrez – Guti and Raul Blanco from Real - Madrid. For several seasons now Mr. Comino is the author of the weekly culinary column of the prestigious El Club magazine, presenting the best world wines. He graduated a cooking school in Spain and specialized in Switzerland and is known for his exclusive flair for the appropriate and unique selection of products for the preparing of his culinary magic. He doesn’t feel it uneasy to break the established order of cooking and introduces his own style in his dishes and sweets, their flavours are delicious and their look is playing with fusion colours. |
